CMAS - RSCA has multiple CMAS schedules to work from depending on your needs. Our qualifications used to gain this schedule are all based on the ECM products and services we directly provided to our customers. We are certified to design, migrate, build and deploy IT and ECM solutions.

MSA - We have a current IT Service MSA as awarded by the California DGS.

PERS IT Vendor Pool - RSCA is the only company awarded every skill classification for FileNet support by CalPERS. We are also awarded the supporting IT skill classifications to run, design and deploy complete IT solutions.

SLEB - RSCA is an Alameda County Small Local and Emerging Business company. This status is based on our IT skill and corporate office location in Newark, CA. We also have a significant presence in Sacramento, CA.

Small Business - RSCA is a California Certified Small business. This certification is important to agencies seeking to meet the governor’s small business contracting goals and promotion programs.
